A DIRETORIA EXECUTIVA, em sede de provimento do método de produção, norteada pela proposta de sistematizar uma abordagem metodológica objetivamente representável para o exercício de editar e redigir que, uma vez conhecido, conduzirá o quadro editorial normativamente, a fim de estabelecer critérios para a impressão de conteúdo especializado, sob auspícios de um procedimento técnico aplicável independentemente de matéria, permeando todos os níveis do eixo da rede semântica, vem estabelecer por meio deste Código, o padrão de gerenciamento para os projetos coordenados nesta enciclopédia. Doravante, através do presente, expede aos consulentes desta plataforma o célere e disponível acesso à informações, em nível adequado de aprofundamento, mesmo para públicos diversos, vindo a favorecer a compreensão e conseguinte reduzindo a imprescindibilidade de buscas alternativas, viabilizando ciclos de aprendizagem mais curtos, sob a égide dos princípios da segurança e da conformidade.

Inspirada nesses postulados, a Diretoria Executiva da JURIS, A enciclopédia jurídica , no uso das atribuições que lhes são conferidas, aprova e edita este Código, exortando os membros à sua fiel observância.
